This long gestating project is finally coming to fruition and will see the light of day by the end of next month. Just have the hands and some final sanding and finessing and then on to the mold. As always love to hear feedback from all........

Well its been a lot longer than I was hoping(life happens, three kids, two jobs etc etc blah blah blah) but here is an BSB update photo. Just have a couple of details(cracked teeth and broken bones) and the arms and he will be finished. Comments welcome and enjoy......

Bus Stop Billy Sculpt

Billy started out fast but has taken a long route to get to this point. I have been irregularly slow getting his sculpt done.( I am way too anal) But I am back on track and almost there and should move a little more quickly with the rest of the sculpts. I have to finish his arms smooth out his face and then run him over with the bus.

Bruno put together a quick animation. I wont say much about it as I will let him throw out the hows and the whys, but needless to say I love it and really love his choice of music. We will be expanding this side of our creativity and posting more.

Ugly Bastards: Bus Stop Billy

As we mentioned in our first post we will be releasing our first figure in the next month or so and I would like to introduce you to him......please say hello to Bus Stop Billy! As you can tell Bus Stop got in the way of the bus and now wants to warn all children about the dangers of bus riding. Billy is 5 inches tall and will come with his safety sign and a plastic three wheeled trike. The first 25 figures will be used as promotional pieces for MUB, and will be sent out to various industry professionals, which leaves only 25 more for sale. This makes Bus Stop a very limited figure as he will be completely hand made by the artists, that includes molding, casting and painting of the urethane resin statue. Subsequent figures in the series will be manufactured in vinyl which makes this figure one of a kind. I will be posting progress shots of the billy sculpt here at MUB Ground Zero. Welcome to Ground Zero the Mad Urban Bombers(MUB for short) blog. We will be using this blog to introduce new products and to keep our customers and fans(when we get them) up to date with whats going on at MUB.
